Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders placed on this web site by 3:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays are processed immediately and shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Friday, or on Saturday, or on Sunday, or on a national Holiday, will ship on the next business day. Standard delivery is within 5 business days to any of the 50 U.S. states. All types of deliveries cannot be made to a P.O. Box, please include a ship to address where a resident will be available for signature signing. If there are no resident available at the time of the delivery, for residential, the package will be left at the doorstep unless you notify us of signature requirement as a special request before the order has been shipped.

Do you need a faster delivery?

Faster delivery services are available as an option when checking out. Standard Ground, 3 Day (Fedex Saver), 2nd day, or Next day, are available for all 50 states.

Return Policy:

Items you have placed from our web site may be returned to us for refund, credit or for exchange, for the full amount of the merchandise within 30 days. Refund does not include shipping charges.

To return a product:

Products being returned back to us for any reasons must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, you may contact us by phone or email. Email address for RMA request;. Once we received your return, we’ll process it within 2 business days.

Packing your return:

Returning packages should have all the accessories like wires, remotes, screws, manuals, and the original box. If accessories are found to be missing, the credit back amount will be reduced according to the missing items.

Items you cannot return:

Damaged by abuse, neglect, if a serial number has been removed, product is reported stolen, or if it wasn’t purchased from our website.
